Boss Cykler wants you as a user to be sure that we protect your privacy and process all personal data in accordance with the law. Personal data
To use the online booking service, you must provide your name, address, telephone number and e-mail. In order to place an order, it is necessarily also stored information about the rental time and what kind of equipment is reserved / ordered. There is an age limit of 18 to use the service, and you must therefore also state your year of birth. When you use the service Your order history is saved. This personal data is used to provide the service to you. This personal data is stored as long as you are registered as a user with us. The personal data we have registered is available and can be changed on your page, which can be found inside the online booking service after logging in. You can also contact us and request that we remove your personal information or be deregistered from our systems. You will then no longer be able to use the Service unless you register again. Boss Cykler will not sell, trade or pass on your personal information. Online booking is handled in a system provided by Boss Cykler. Information about invoicing
When you place an order, your card details are stored with the payment provider DIBS in order to fulfill your order. DIBS stores the information in a secure and correct way and is PCI certified. This allows us to manage change of order, cancellation of reservation such as deposit, credit, additional costs incurred from the user (in case of late submission, damage or similar) as well as reduce abuse and waste. Transaction data is stored related to your order, but not the card details. Transaction information is then stored as long as you are registered as a user of the service, cf. section on personal data. Use of Collected Information
The personal information collected for these purposes includes both information you provide yourself (name, email address, etc.) and information collected through use of the Service, such as what equipment you rent and Location information and technical information about your device and Internet connection . Personal data can be supplemented with information available from third parties. Cookies
When you visit our service, we use various technologies to recognize you as a user and collect data. For example, we use cookies to remember rental dates and equipment. Cookies facilitate the use of service and to provide you with relevant information when you visit our website. They are also used to cache data such as available rental dates, prices and the like. Through server logs and other tools, we may record information about your device and connection to our service, including operating system, browser version, IP address, cookies and unique identification files. This information is used in anonymous and aggregated statistics, but can also be linked to your user account. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE SERVICE
Boss Cykler, Kannikeg&aring;rdsvej 10, 3730 Nex&oslash;, runs a rental business where consumers, companies, municipalities and schools can rent equipment online. 1 General
These terms and conditions apply to the rental and sale of goods and services from bosscykler.dk to businesses and consumers. The terms and conditions, together with your order, constitute an overall contractual basis for the purchase.
2 Definition of parties
The lessor or seller is: Boss Cykler, Kannikeg&aring;rdsvej 10, 3730 Nex&oslash; and is referred to hereafter as we, us, lessor or company name. Tenant is: The person who is indicated as the tenant of the booking, and who is referred to in the following as the tenant, the customer, or yours. Rental items means bicycles or additional equipment etc. that are rented out at bosscykler.dk. 3 Payment, deposit and rates
Payment is made via Dankort, MobilePay, Visa or Mastercard online via our payment provider DIBS, which meets the strictest security requirements. The tenant pays at the time of booking, and then the rental agreement is considered concluded. Boss Cykler follows normal rental practices and also reserves a deposit as indicated on the order receipt. The reservation insures the company if the customer returns the equipment late, damages it or does not deliver it at all. The size of the deposit varies with the selected product to be rented and is specified in your Order Confirmation. Boss Cykler has the right to use the deposit to cover the costs mentioned above and/or any recourse claims point 5 below. All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. The total price for the purchase is displayed prior to booking and includes all expenses in connection with the rental or purchase. If there have been errors with the prices of a significant size on the part of the company name on the website, the company name can unilaterally change, delete or reject the order even after the customer has received order confirmation or the like. However, such errors must be corrected and the customer informed within a reasonable time after the error is discovered. 4 The tenant's condition
Boss Cykler undertakes to deliver high-quality rental products in ready-to-use condition. Boss Cykler has its own routines that check and maintain the products before and after rental. During the rental period, you are responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment. Exemption from liability may occur if the damage or loss is due to technical errors or omissions. The renter is therefore obliged to check the product before use and contact Boss Cykler if the product is not in its expected condition. 5 Damages
All damages, technical faults or accidents that may occur during the rental period must be reported to Boss Cykler immediately. We will then do our best to assist the tenant. Damages are reported to info@bosscykler.dk immediately. This applies to: also in case of theft. If the damage is caused by misuse, intentional or negligent, the company name will be able to use the pre-reserved deposit and, if necessary, deduct any additional outstanding amount to cover the cost of repairing, servicing or replacing the tool. This also applies if the equipment is returned to the poorly managed or delivered dirty. in addition to the normal. The lessor facilitates correct use of the equipment by making operating instructions, instructions and safety procedures available with the tool and/or on the lessor's website. It is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the Lessor's use and safety routines before using the equipment. We recommend the use of protective equipment. You must also follow the equipment's user manual and other instructions from Boss Cykler. 7 Accessories
As a general rule, accessories must be purchased or rented separately when ordering and selected as needed. The website also describes what is included in the delivery. In addition, safety equipment is required in a variety of situations and is offered on the website. 8 Tenant's rights and obligations
The renter must be at least 18 years old and is obliged to provide correct customer information when a user account is created in order to rent on bosscykler.dk. Boss Cykler sends messages to specified e-mail, with address and telephone etc. Notices are considered received and valid when sent to us. The user account is personal, and if you suspect that others have access to your account, you are obliged to notify
