TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE SERVICE

Boss Cykler, Kannikegårdsvej 10, 3730 Nexø, runs a rental business where consumers, companies, municipalities and schools can rent equipment online.
1 General

These terms and conditions apply to the rental and sale of goods and services from bosscykler.dk to businesses and consumers. The terms and conditions, together with your order, constitute an overall contractual basis for the purchase.

2 Definition of parties

The lessor or seller is: Boss Cykler, Kannikegårdsvej 10, 3730 Nexø and is referred to hereafter as we, us, lessor or company name.
Tenant is: The person who is indicated as the tenant of the booking, and who is referred to in the following as the tenant, the customer, or yours.
Rental items means bicycles or additional equipment etc. that are rented out at bosscykler.dk.
3 Payment, deposit and rates

Payment is made via Dankort, MobilePay, Visa or Mastercard online via our payment provider DIBS, which meets the strictest security requirements. The tenant pays at the time of booking, and then the rental agreement is considered concluded.
Boss Cykler follows normal rental practices and also reserves a deposit as indicated on the order receipt. The reservation insures the company if the customer returns the equipment late, damages it or does not deliver it at all. The size of the deposit varies with the selected product to be rented and is specified in your Order Confirmation. Boss Cykler has the right to use the deposit to cover the costs mentioned above and/or any recourse claims point 5 below.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. The total price for the purchase is displayed prior to booking and includes all expenses in connection with the rental or purchase. If there have been errors with the prices of a significant size on the part of the company name on the website, the company name can unilaterally change, delete or reject the order even after the customer has received order confirmation or the like. However, such errors must be corrected and the customer informed within a reasonable time after the error is discovered.
4 The tenant's condition

Boss Cykler undertakes to deliver high-quality rental products in ready-to-use condition. Boss Cykler has its own routines that check and maintain the products before and after rental.
During the rental period, you are responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment. Exemption from liability may occur if the damage or loss is due to technical errors or omissions. The renter is therefore obliged to check the product before use and contact Boss Cykler if the product is not in its expected condition.
5 Damages

All damages, technical faults or accidents that may occur during the rental period must be reported to Boss Cykler immediately. We will then do our best to assist the tenant. Damages are reported to info@bosscykler.dk immediately. This applies to: also in case of theft.
If the damage is caused by misuse, intentional or negligent, the company name will be able to use the pre-reserved deposit and, if necessary, deduct any additional outstanding amount to cover the cost of repairing, servicing or replacing the tool. This also applies if the equipment is returned to the poorly managed or delivered dirty. in addition to the normal.
We always endeavor to give the best advice and tips for using the product, but are not responsible for the performance or for direct or indirect damage or loss caused by the use of the rental object, delays or errors in the rental object.
6 Use of the rented property

Use of rental items is at your own risk. The person using the equipment must be over 18 years of age.
The tenant is responsible for equipment and accessories being used in such a way that they are not damaged or unreasonably dirty. Correct and safe use of the equipment is the tenant's responsibility. The lessor facilitates correct use of the equipment by making operating instructions, instructions and safety procedures available with the tool and/or on the lessor's website. It is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the Lessor's use and safety routines before using the equipment.
We recommend the use of protective equipment. You must also follow the equipment's user manual and other instructions from Boss Cykler.
7 Accessories

As a general rule, accessories must be purchased or rented separately when ordering and selected as needed. The website also describes what is included in the delivery. In addition, safety equipment is required in a variety of situations and is offered on the website.
8 Tenant's rights and obligations

The renter must be at least 18 years old and is obliged to provide correct customer information when a user account is created in order to rent on bosscykler.dk. Boss Cykler sends messages to specified e-mail, with address and telephone etc. Notices are considered received and valid when sent to us.
